So much more than just a Bed & Breakfast
While staying at our home you can be sure of a high standard in regulation with all government guidelines.
All our rooms comply with regulations set out by Fáilte Ireland under their Quality Assurance label.
Wheelchair access:
A ramp can be put in place to give access to the B&B. Our family room is spacious enough for wheelchairs (please state during enquiry) as are our Breakfast room and guest lounge.
Unfortunately our ensuite bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible as the current building structure and layout don't make it possible. We're sorry for this.
OUR ROOMS
Include a double, a twin, a triple and a large family room.
We offer basic standard rooms, all ensuite and include the following:
- Tea & coffee facilities
- Standard single or double beds
- Television, alarm clock/radio
- Hair dryer
- Hand soap (other toiletries on request)
- Wardrobe, desk, chairs
- Bed linen and towels
- Central heating & room heater
- Free WiFi
- Baby cot (only possible in certain rooms, please request)

BREAKFAST
We pride ourselves on our fresh, locally sourced cooking. Breakfast in the conservatory dining room is an important part of your stay at Slieve Elva B&B, which is why we aim to grant you an unhurried and fulfilled start to your day.
- A variety of choice from our breakfast menu
- Buffet with homemade jams, yoghurt, spreads, cakes, bread, granola, ...
- Local products: Burren butcher bacon, Burren Smokehouse smoked salmon, Market House Ennistymon sausages & bacon, St. Tola Goat cheese, Wild Burren mustard.
It is also possible to cater for special dietary needs like Coeliac, lactose intolerance, vegetarian. If needed please let us know in advance.
GUEST FACILITIES & LOUNGE
The guest lounge is our place for common use for all our guests. Feel free to sit down, relax and get to know the other people. Maybe even play some music.
There is a television with some free-to-air channels.
We also have a selection of DVD’s, books and games to use.
Other facilities include:
- Fridge and microwave (in dining room)
- Maps provided for walking, driving
- Information on local activities & attractions
- Private off street parking
- Patio & garden
- Secure lock-up for bikes, fishing gear, surfing gear, etc.
- Iron on request
- Drying options for walking gear etc.
Our property is 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor or outdoor areas.
